The January Return Trip (scheduled for 1/25/14) is cancelled due to weather. Everyone who is stipend eligible will receive January stipend in February. We love you and want to keep you safe and warm. We will see you in February!

Upward Bound is an academic prepatory program for high school students. The purpose of the program is to help students prepare for college by generating the academic skills and motivation necessary for success. The UB program at MSU serves high school students in sixteen Eastern Kentucky counties The program is composed of two distinct programs. Upward Bound Classic (also known as UB Central & East) and Upward Bound Math and Science. Click on any of the links above to learn more about a specific program.
