 The Technology Service Center (TSC) is the "one-stop" location where students, faculty and staff can receive assistance with computers, phone, voicemail, cable TV and all of their technology needs.
Established in the Fall of 2005, TSC was developed to meet the needs of an ever increasing mobile technology campus community. TSC is supported by experienced Information Technology staff and is a learning program for student employees (STARS ) to get a hands on education of a wide range of technology support issues.
TSC offers the campus community a call-in Help Desk. This technical support line offers campus users a quick solution to questions regarding technology issues all over campus. If the call warrants an on-site response, the call center will dispatch and communicate with a field consultant to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
