Personal Service Contracts

A Personal Service Contract is an agreement whereby an individual, firm, partnership or corporation is to perform certain duties, professional or otherwise for a specified period of time for a price agreed upon, which cannot be performed by a Morehead State University employee.  Personal Service Contracts are normally drawn for services which are not available within the University or from other state agencies, and therefore must be provided by an independent contractor.  Please contact our office for more information.
