Haunted England
Visit haunted locations such as Shakespeare Tavern,
Tower of London Castle, Fleet Street, Baker’s Street,
Hyde Park, and Soho where ghosts, legends and
manifestations are found. Commute to the train
stations where specters have been seen in London’s
Underground. Follow the trail of Jack the Ripper’s
slayings and hear about how his ghost and those
of his victims have been sighted. Stand next to the
mystical circle of stones called Stonehenge. In this
class you will visit historical sites while learning the
history and sociological phenomena behind famous
paranormal events that continue to hold our interest and speculation.
In addition, students may join optional weekend trips
to Edinburgh, Scotland and Paris. Trips to other towns
in England such as Cambridge and Oxford are
possible with the Britrail Pass which is
included in the price of the trip.
