Proposals must be submitted to the Office of Research and Sponsored Programs seven days prior to submission deadline to allow sufficient time for the institutional review and approval process.

The proposal writer is responsible for obtaining the signatures of the department chair/office head and dean/supervisor of office head as applicable in seeking external funding.
