Research Integrity & Compliance
Research Integrity & Compliance (RIC) is the area within ORSP that ensures compliance with all local, state and federal policies and guidelines pertaining to externally and internally-funded grants and contracts, the involvement of human subjects in research (IRB), the utilization of animal subjects in research (IACUC), and Intellectual Property. RIC oversees any allegations of research misconduct and is also responsible for negotiating all certifications and representations between external funding agencies and the University.
