Enrollment Verification

Verification of your enrollment or degree is available to you through the Office of the Registrar. To request verification, do one of the following:
  1. Complete a brief form in person in the Registrar's Office.
  2. Mail your request to this address:

  3. Submit the on-line form below.
All requests must either originate from the student or be accompanied by a signed release from the student. Please give your full name, Social Security Number and the complete mailing address of the location where the verification is to be sent. There is no charge for this service. Your request should be available for pick-up or will be mailed by the next business day afternoon.
