The Morehead State University Police Department provides for the issuance of Keys and Lock Changes of facilities under the Medeco Key System.

The Key Request Form can be located on the MSU Police homepage under the "Forms" section. This is a Word document that can either be completed online or printed. You will need to have the Key Request signed off on by the appropriate people and it can be faxed to 606-783-5042.
