The Ward initially met at the Salt Lick Civic Center before moving to its PRESENT LOCATION ON STATE HIGHWAY 36, FIVE-TENTHS OF A MILE SOUTH OF OWINGSVILLE EXIT 121 ON INTERSTATE HIGHWAY 64 WEST OF MOREHEAD, KENTUCKY.
