All bids must be made online from MSPR's website. No other bids will be accepted for this auction. Initial bids must include full name, daytime phone number, and e-mail address. If you plan to use an alias for your full name, please notate that request on your initial bid.
Unless other arrangements are made with MSPR, all items won by the highest bidder must be claimed (picked-up) by the winning bidder at MSPR's studios located in 132 Breckinridge Hall on the campus of Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky. Auction items may be claimed at MSPR's studios beginning @ Noon on October 25th, 2012 running through November 2nd, 2012.
A 6% Kentucky sales tax will be assessed for each winning bid and auction item. Personal tax deductions may be made on the surplus amount over the value of the auction item. Upon request, winning bidders will be provided with the value of their item. Cash, personal checks, money orders and credit cards (American Express, Discover, Mastercard and Visa) will be accepted as payment for auction items.
Bids on auction items must be made in whole dollar amounts. Overnight bids will be updated by 10a.m. the following morning. The auction will close at 3p.m. on Wednesday, October 24th, 2012. Auction bidders must be at least 18 years of age on or before October 19th, 2012. A valid picture ID (driver's license) will be required to claim auction items. Some auction items require reservations and other restrictions may be applied.
Any item not claimed by 5p.m. on Friday, November 2nd, 2012 will be forfeited and offered to the next highest bidder on that item. MSPR reserves the right to refuse awarding auction items based on failure to abide by the online auction rules or reasons which may provide an unfair advantage to other auction participants.
