A Message from Paul W. Hitchcock, GM/MSPR
Since our first broadcast in June of 1965, Morehead State Public Radio (WMKY - 90.3FM) has served the region by providing a variety of unique and culturally diverse programming from Morehead State University. MSPR continues to serve the region today through feedback and support from our listeners. Your support is important to us, because we know you rely on the news, information and music we provide each day. For more than twenty years, it's been a tradition to host two yearly on-air fundraising campaigns, one in the spring and one in the fall. This takes a lot of time, energy and resources away from our regular operations. You don't like the interruptions and we certainly can spend our time and resources more wisely.
This spring, instead of interrupting programming for a week waiting for your calls, we'll be sending reminders in the mail and calling-out directly for your support. We've also updated and simplified our online giving form, accepting major credit cards on a secure page on our website (www.msuradio.com). So, if you receive a phone call or postcard, please consider renewing your support by making a gift to Morehead State Public Radio. We know you want MSPR to be successful and we rely on your feedback and support. Keep us from begging on the air and waiting for your call so we can get back to doing what we do best - serving the region with award-winning regional news and entertainment. Thanks for your ongoing support!
