Every item on the Mojo's Roadhouse menu is personally taste-tested by Mojo The Blues Cat. Only the best recipes become "Mojo Certified" using these guidelines:
- Originality
- Flavor
- Texture
- Appearance
- Blues Worthy--must be suitable while listening to the blues.
