Participation Rules for Morehead State Public Radio Contests and Giveaways
- No purchase required to enter contests or giveaways
- Winners must be at least 18 years of age (21 for some prizes)
- Limit one winner per household every 90 days
- Winner must live in the continental United States
- A deadline to enter or time period may be applied for contests
- MSPR employees and their families, members of the MSPR Community Advisory Board and associates of MSPR are not eligible for contests and giveaways
- Prizes not claimed within 14 days may be forfeited
- MSPR reserves the right to refuse awarding prizes based on (but not limited to) previous winnings, failure to abide by the contest rules, cheating or other reasons which may provide an unfair advantage to other contest participants
- Additional restrictions may be applied regarding the use of prizes
- It is the responsibility of the winner to report the cash value of any prizes received
- Unless noted otherwise or arrangements have been made to pick-up the prizes, all prizes will be mailed to the winners. Certain contests may require the winner to claim the prizes at the event location or at the studios of Morehead State Public Radio located at 132 Breckinridge Hall at Morehead State University in Morehead, Kentucky
