Welcome to Sunday Night Jazz

Morehead State Public Radio presents "Sunday Night Jazz," Sunday evenings from 8pm to midnight. "Sunday Night Jazz" showcases the the best in jazz from New Orleans to New York and Chicago to LA, featuring today's finest artists of traditional and contemporary jazz and jazz vocals, as well as the standards by the masters of jazz.

"Sunday Night Jazz" highlights the best in jazz including Cannonball Adderley, Louis Armstrong, Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers, Count Basie Orchestra, Chick Corea, Miles Davis, Duke Ellington, Ella Fitzgerald, Stan Getz, Herbie Hancock, Billie Holiday, Bob James, Diana Krall, Herbie Mann, Oscar Peterson, Lee Ritenour, Tom Scott, George Shearing, Frank Sinatra, Dr. Billy Taylor, Tower Of Power, McCoy Tyner, George Washington Jr., Cassandra Wilson, The Yellowjackets and many more of great names in jazz.

"Sunday Night Jazz" also presents birthday tributes and artist profiles, as well as news at the top of each hour from National Public Radio.
