Now in its seventh year, the Leadership Learning Community (LLC) is a wonderfully innovative program that allows students to live in the same building as other students like them who are already successful and who want to become the leaders of tomorrow.  Located in Butler Hall, the LLC provides the opportunity for students to take classes in the residence hall with their LLC friends.  This living-learning community is the ideal place for making friends faster and to have natural study partners for your most challenging classes.

In the Leadership Learning Community, students will have numerous opportunities to practice and enhance their leadership skills.   Students can participate in the LLC governance, which will allow them to run for offices and engage in various programming activities within Butler Hall.  As members of the LLC, students will also be enrolled in the Leadership Development Program (LDP) which will help them further develop their leadership skills and will earn them an hour of academic credit each semester.  As part of the LDP, students will participate in service projects, both on-campus and in the community, which will help them become more civic minded.
