I came back to Weight Watchers when I saw that there was an at work program offered here at MSU. I started attending the meetings on November 10th, 2010. On June 20th, 2012 I reached my goal. To date I have lost a total of 51 pounds.

What I love about the program is that it encourages healthy eating options without restricting you to only eating certain foods. You can eat anything you want as long as you stay within your PointsPlus range. You also have extra points to use as you wish throughout the week in addition to your daily points.

Weight Watchers encourages exercise which is also key to reaching your weight loss goals. As you exercise you earn more points!!!! The accountability and encouragement that you receive in the meetings is astounding!!! When you have had bad weeks other members are always there to encourage you and pick you back up. Weight Watchers not only provides you with resources through their meetings but they have an incredible e-tools program that makes it so easy to track your eating and exercise online while offering great articles, delicious recipes, and a whole other community in which to receive support!!!! I have tried many weight loss programs and weight watchers is the only one that works for me. It truly is a lifestyle and not a diet!!! To me our health is of utmost importance and Weight Watchers teaches you and provides you with the tools you need to live a healthy lifestyle.
