Get Healthy Kentucky

Get Healthy Kentucky has been created to help each and every Kentuckian develop a healthier lifestyle. Through Get Healthy Kentucky we have formed great partnerships and we are continuing to build these relationships to focus on and improve the health indicators and quality of life in our great commonwealth.

We have created an educational model focused on nutrition, physical activity and tobacco cessation. Every choice counts and by making the right choice, we are better able to prevent and reduce the risk of chronic diseases. This will improve the health status of Kentuckians and create a healthy culture and environment not only for our children and grandchildren, but for all our fellow Kentuckians. This site will provide you, as an individual, business, school, faith-based organization, or any other interested organization with reliable information and resources, to become engaged in your own health and wellness. You will be able to access age appropriate content to tailor a program that fits your needs. You will also be able to sign up to participate in our very own Governor’s Fitness Challenge.

We have a great opportunity and we encourage everyone to take advantage of these resources, so together, we can "Get Healthy Kentucky."
