This workshop will teach you 7 simple moves that can help improve your fitness through strength, balance, and coordination, as well as increase your energy, decrease stress and improve overall work productivity. Based on the book “Fitness that Works: Simple Moves to Make Exercise Happen from 9 to 5,” this workshop will teach you to apply simple movement into your daily routine.

This workshop will be taught in 2 sessions, Part 1 (moves 1-3) and Part 2 (moves 4-7). The program is also the basis for an upcoming wellness incentive challenge program through Live Well Work Well @ MSU.
