TRAILS for Staying WELL Challenge
3-Week Challenge
Monday, March 24 through Sunday, April 13

Spring is quickly approaching and along with it comes beautiful weather in Morehead, Kentucky. Your challenge is to get outdoors and walk around MSU's beautiful campus. 

There are five walking trail on MSU’s campus that make it convenient and time friendly to complete this challenge. The objective of this challenge is to walk each trail at least twice and participate in two Group Walks (schedule below).

Upon completion of the challenge, you will recieve a T-Shirt, earn 3 WellPoints and be entered in Grand Prize raffle drawings for FitBits.

Trails for Staying Well Challenge


There will be two group walks each week of the challenge. You must attend at least two of the six group walks in order to complete the challenge. Group walk times are: 

  • Monday March 24 @ 12:00 p.m., Starting point Bell Tower  - 1.5 miles
  • Thursday March 27 @ 12:00 p.m., Starting point Bell Tower - ¾ miles
  • Wednesday April 2 @ 4:45 p.m., Starting Point Laughlin - 1.17 miles
  • Thursday April 3 @ 12 p.m., Starting point Breckinridge - 2.02 miles
  • Wednesday April 9 @ 7:30 a.m., Starting point Bell Tower - ¾ miles
  • Thursday  April 10 @ 4:45 p.m., Starting point Bell tower - .97 miles
