How to Install your new Commonwealth Canon device as a Printer
Please click HERE to open a list of the available devices. This link will only work for users of Microsoft Internet Explorer on a machine running a version of Microsoft Windows.
Once the window is opened, double click the name of the printer for your dept you wish to install on your computer. The name of the device will be labeled either by building and room number or by location/office (examples: AAC-156 or Jayne-Football). This will begin the process of installing the device on your computer for printing purposes. A box that has a heading of “Connect to printer” will appear, click yes. A connection processing box will appear, let process. Once it is completed, a new window will open with a heading of the printer name. Close that window. Go to “Start”, printers and faxes, find the device, right click on the device name, and set as your default printer.
