Information Technology (IT) Help Desk hours will change starting May 16, 2012. With the ease of portal access and the self-service Eagle Account Center, IT Help Desk will no longer be staffed for extended hours.
The new Help Desk hours are:
Monday: – Thursday 7:30am-6:00pm
All faculty/staff and students issues concerning online accounts, Blackboard, computer repairs, telephones, cable, networking, MAP, and new computer install work orders will continue to
originate with the IT Help Desk. The IT Help Desk is available by phone (606-783-5000) and voicemail is available after hours. When leaving a voicemail message, please include your name, MSU ID#, and contact information so a work order can be placed the next business day.
