Both "Summary Reports" and "Detailed Reports" are available in Adobe Portable Document (.pdf) format. Additionally, columns are included that indicate when patches and updates were moved from BETAPROD to PRODUCTION and dates indicating the last time BETAPROD was refreshed from PRODUCTION.

Please note that BETAPROD is refreshed (i.e. cloned from PRODUCTION) on a quarterly basis.
