SNAP Survey Fee Schedule
Using SNAP software, OIRA will take your survey questions and design, implement, and analyze paper or web surveys for you. Although we may offer suggestions based on our experience and training, OIRA staff members do not develop your survey questions. The questions you use are entirely up to you.

Basic Survey Design
|
OIRA designs the survey for black/white or color printing. You receive a hard copy/electronic version for review. Once approved, we will give you a final copy. (OIRA does not make copies for you. You will be expected to make the number of copies you need and to distribute them appropriately.)

OIRA designs the survey for WEB layout. You will given a link to view the website. Once approved, OIRA will post the survey and send you the appropriate link. (OIRA does not notify your potential participants. You must determine the best way to give people access to the survey link.)

Basic Analysis

Once OIRA has received the finished surveys from you, our staff will key in the results. You will receive absolute counts, percentages, and a comments sheet.

Repeat Surveys If you expect to re-use the same paper survey numerous times (once a semester or once a year), inform OIRA staff and we will retain the survey for you.
