Subject:  Faculty & Staff Identification Card

PURPOSE:

To provide a means for identification of regular full-time faculty and staff members and their families by means of identification (ID) cards.

FACULTY AND STAFF ID CARDS:

The Office of Personnel Services shall issue each regular full-time faculty and staff member an ID card.

FAMILY ID CARDS:

A spouse or unmarried dependent child may be issued an ID card upon request by a regular full-time faculty or staff member. A fee may be assessed for each additional ID card issued.
