Online Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

Morehead State University (MSU) is proud of its professional and congenial work environment and will take all necessary steps to ensure the work environment remains pleasant for all who work here. All employees must treat one another with courtesy, consideration and professionalism. MSU will not tolerate sexual harassment of any employee by any other employee or supervisor for any reason. In addition, harassment for any discriminatory reason, such as race, sex, national origin, disability, age or religion, is prohibited by state and federal laws, which may subject MSU and/or the individual harasser to liability for any such unlawful conduct. MSU will not tolerate unlawful discrimination by any employee or supervisor on the basis of race, color, disability, religion, sex, age, national origin, martial, familial or Vietnam Era Veteran status. MSU’s policy is to provide equal opportunity in all University programs, activities, facilities, and employment practices for all persons. With these policies, MSU prohibits not only unlawful harassment and discrimination, but also other unprofessional and discourteous actions. Therefore, derogatory racial, ethnic, religious, age, sexual or other inappropriate remarks, slurs or jokes will not be tolerated.
