Staff Performance System

The Staff Performance Management System (SPMS) is a program designed to assist employees in achieving their highest level of performance through communication, training and development. The program helps employees understand their roles in Morehead State University’s mission and allows them to participate in the improvement of the University. Details of the Staff Performance Management System can be found in PG-50 and UAR 301.01
