In the MSU Honors Program we stress open-mindedness, individuality, creativity, and free thinking. By developing a close-knit intellectual community in the college environment, we hope to prepare students for promising futures in diverse careers.
Membership Requirements
The Academic Honors Program is an enriched, rigorous scholastic program. Incoming students are selected for the Honors Program and awarded the Honors Scholarship through a rigorous application process. To maintain membership in the program, and eligibility for the Honors Scholarship, students will be required to make satisfactory progress through the program. All students will be reviewed each year.
