Reading Share Fair

IEQ Reading Share Fair Registration 

 

 The 21st Century Education Enterprise's IEQ Share Fair is coming soon!

When: Wednesday, March 31, 2012

Where: 311B Ginger Hall

Time: 8:00 am- 1:00 pm

(lunch to follow at LaFinca Restaurant) 

Registration Deadline: March 24th, 2012

 

Pastries and drinks will be provided for breakfast.  Registration begins at 8:00, and the event begins at 8:30.

 

If we need to cancel the Share Fair because of adverse weather conditions, we will post the cancellation on the 21st Century Education Enterprise website on our home page.  We will also notify local TV and radio stations.  Please use your own judgement on weather and driving conditions when planning your travel to the event.  You will not be penalized if you cannot attend the Share Fair due to inclement weather.

 

Presentations

Your session, which will consist of a 10-15 minute description of how you implemented instruction, followed by a 5-10 minute question/answer/discussion period with the teachers who attend your session. Please include include student products/work, samples, instructional materials, photographs, assessments, and/or other related graphics depicting data and anecdotal records.

 

Handouts

Please bring handouts (e.g. pamphlets, brochures, flyers) to distribute at your session.  Plan to bring 30 copies for a poster session, and 10 for a roundtable.  Include the following contact information: names of teachers/s, school and school phone number, and e-mail address of the contact person.

Stipend

All attending teachers will receive a $100 stipend for attending Share Fair.  You will complete the necessary paperwork during registration.  If you are involved in both IEQ projects, you will have to present twice to receive both stipends.

Instructional Materials

Teachers presenting at the Share Fair will receive gift cards to purchase instructional materials, however, you must present at the Share Fair to be eligible.  When you register your presentation, you will be asked to submit your request for materials.  Your materials will be ready for you to pick up at the Share Fair.
