EIS Referral Procedures
Once a student is identified and referred to the Early Intervention System, an EIS facilitator is assigned to contact the student. After meeting with the student, the facilitator sends a contact report back to EIS. Appropriate feedback will be provided to the referral source.
To refer a student to EIS, complete and submit the EIS Student Referral Form to the EIS Coordinator, 211 ADUC, call 3-2014, or email email@example.com.
Who can refer students to the Early Intervention System?
Anyone who has contact with students can make a referral to the Early Intervention System. Faculty, student work supervisors, administrators, MSU staff, students, and parents are encouraged to contact the EIS about students who they believe are experiencing problems or are in need of assistance.
