Connell I would like to personally welcome you to The Center for Adult Education and College Access, a department within University Outreach at Morehead State University.  You will find staff dedicated to your success as a student, adult learner, or community volunteer.  Whether you are a student in middle school or high school, working on your GED, starting your university experience, returning to college, an adult education instructor or administrator, or a community member wanting to become more involved in your community, The Center for Adult Education and College Access is committed to assisting you in achieving your educational, personal, and career goals.

To achieve this mission of access and success, The Center for Adult Education and College Access provides literacy, adult basic education, and refresher classes and workshops through our Adult Learning Centers in Morgan and Rowan Counties as well as our statewide KET GED Connection.  Through the Adult Education Academy in collaboration with Kentucky Adult Education we provide access programs such as TRIO (Educational Opportunity Center, Talent Search, Upward Bound, and Student Support Services), GEAR UP, and Today's Youth we assist middle, high school, and adult students to gain access and be successful in postsecondary education.  We help people give back to their communities through our Retired Senior and Volunteer Program (RSVP) and MSUCorps (AmeriCorps) Program.  Our high school and dual credit programs help high school students to get a head start by earning college credits while in high school.  Such programs as Project Graduate and other adult services assist adults who want to return to college to finish a degree, to transfer from a KCTCS college, or begin college.
