Drs. Dennis, Fultz and Hare Participate in KBRIN-NIH Grants Workshop
| On the Friday preceding the annual meeting of the Kentucky Academy of Sciences a grants workshop was help for the purpose of assisting state faculty members in the process of writing proposals to the NIH. The workshop was sponsored by the Kentucky Biomedical Infrastructure Network and consisted of faculty members of state institutions that gave presentations on various aspects of writing an NIH proposal. Dr. Dennis gave a presentation of, Common Mistakes in Proposal Writing", a field in which he is well versed. Dr. Hare, as a new grantee, participated in a panel discussion. Dr. Fultz, as a KBRIN Fellow and future NIH proposal writer attended for some additional tips on proposal writing. |
