Welcome to the Office of Auxiliary Services. This is the service unit behind a wide range of products and services seen across the MSU campus….and some you might not see but use every day. From meals to books…IDs to tee times…colas to stamps…we offer much more! We want to make your stay at Morehead State University a great one.
What is Auxiliary Services?
The Office of Auxiliary Services is a campus support unit that provides essential services to students, faculty, staff, parents and visitors. Organizationally, Auxiliary Services, headed by Assistant Vice President Bill Redwine, is located in the Division of Administration and Fiscal Services, which is lead by Beth Patrick, Vice President for Administration and Fiscal Services.

Document Services is your one-stop shop for all print and copy needs. We strive to provide cost-effective and efficient reproduction, processing and distribution of both printed and electronic communications. We are committed to meeting and exceeding the needs and expectations of our customers through use of continuous improvements and practices. Our partnership with Lynn Imaging and Commonwealth Technology enables us to stay on the cutting edge of technology.
We’ll make your life easier with color and black and white printers and copiers. Fleet machines provide more than 75 different departments and groups with copy, network print and scanning needs.
We accept cash, check, on campus transaction forms and BeakerBUCKS.
2nd Floor ADUC
With everything you do, who has the time to worry about cooking? Relax. We have dining options for you. Meals in a plan are sold at a discount. And for parents, it guarantees your student will eat all semester and you won’t be getting frantic calls to send money for food.
Meal plans allow you to enjoy great dining privileges, unlimited buying potential and the ability to eat when and how you like. There’s no need to carry cash on campus; you can just tap and go!
Dining charges are applied to student billing along with tuition, housing and other fees.
The EagleCard Office oversees the MSU EagleCard ID, the University’s official photo identification card. To provide the latest technology, the EagleCard utilizes both magnetic stripe and contactless “tap & go” functionality. Among the services available with the EagleCard are door/event access, meal plans and declining balance accounts used for dining, vending, copying, lab printers, off-campus merchants and much more.
Eagle Trace Golf Course
1275 Eagle Drive
Eagle Trace Golf Course is a gently rolling, beautifully wooded public 18-hole golf course designed to challenge the skills of the most seasoned players, yet enjoyable for all golfers. This par-72 course covers a maximum distance of 6,902 yards from the championship tees.
The course features: bent grass and USGA certified built greens; a challenging variety of water, sand and topographical hazards; five tee placements per hole to accommodate the varying skill levels of players; fully automated irrigation; year-round play; a large practice range; clubhouse with a fully merchandised Pro Shop with lessons available; concession area with seating and a covered pavilion suitable for groups up to 150.
Environmental Health & Safety

The Office of Environmental Health & Safety maintains a healthful, safe and secure environment for the campus community. The office oversees the development and University-wide implementation of integrated risk management, loss prevention, safety and regulatory compliance programs while meeting all federal, state and local regulations and standards. Responsibility encompasses environmental management, chemical control, industrial hygiene, general campus safety and fire safety, as well as overseeing the procurement and management of university property, casualty and liability insurance and claims against the University, and review of litigation.
Laundry services at Morehead State University are provided by ASI Campus Laundry as an included part of residence life. Unlimited access to state of the art laundry equipment is included in the cost of residing in a residence hall. There are nearly 200 washers and dryers located across campus in residence halls.
The University Post Office is a contract station and mail distribution center for the United States Postal Service (USPS) and Morehead State.
Normal hours of operation are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday-Friday with no service on holidays. Limited hours are observed for spring and winter breaks.
Delivery of mail to the University residence halls is the responsibility of the City of Morehead Post Office. The Office of Student Housing provides a secure location in each hall where the Morehead Post Office makes daily deliveries.
First Floor, ADUC
The University Bookstore is owned and operated by Morehead State University with all profits returned to MSU’s general fund to support academic endeavors. Many of your needs can be met at one location –general merchandise, magazines, music, concessions, MSU trademarked apparel, gifts and computer supplies. We’re much more than just textbooks!
The bookstore is open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, with extended hours offered during peak times of the semester.
Some items purchased at the bookstore may be returned if accompanied by the original itemized receipt, within a set period of time and in the same condition as purchased. Refunds or exchanges are not given on sale items, course packets, test preps, or some other specific products.
Textbooks must be returned within a two-week period from the start of classes during the regular fall or spring semester. Textbooks must be free of markings, seal must not be broken on those shrink wrapped and software must be unopened.
The Morehead State University Bookstore reserves the right to deny any return or alter its policy at any given time as deemed appropriate by the management. The refund policy is subject to change without notice.
Vending & Concessions
Vending & Concessions operates a variety of machines at major vending areas throughout campus, including academic and administrative buildings, student residence halls and recreational facilities.
Machine types include soft drinks, snacks and coffee. Depending on the machine location and type, vending operations can be initiated by coins or paper currency and by EagleCards with established BeakerBucks balances.
This unit also operates the Concessions programs for all major MSU athletic events, concerts and other activities. The typical concessions fare includes hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, candy and your favorite Pepsi products. Morehead State University is a Pepsi exclusive campus.
