MISSION STATEMENT:
The MSU Adult Basic Education Team mission is to offer adults in the service area opportunities to improve basic education skills essential to economic stability and self-sufficeint lives.
Basic Education Skills include:
improving basic reading, math and language skills
- learning English as a second language
obtaining a high school equivalency diploma (GED)
preparing for the ACT and the COMPASS exam
enrolling in post-secondary education
securing gainful employment, job retention or advancement
learning to read
improve parent and child educational growth
living a self sufficient life
