Planning your Summer Program at Morehead State University
When planning a summer program there are many things to consider such as the facilities required, whether or not meals are needed, and housing needs. You must also consider staffing, policies, contracts, and risk management. The University Center and Conference Services Office can assist you with all of these items.
Once you have decided to host a camp or program, you must complete a Summer Program Application. The Summer Program Application is your official request to conduct a program at Morehead State University. Upon completion of the application, you will submit it to the Conference Services Manager for approval by April 15. After receiving approval, you may start to advertise your program.
It is the responsibility as the program director to read all guidelines and share the information with your program staff.
