Sample Table Tent Timeline

Here is a sample timeline of how you should plan to utilize tents:

  • Thursday, March 28, Call Student Activities, like it says on the table tent main page, in advance, to see if there is space for your table tent.  If so, ask for a reservation.  783-2071.  THERE IS NO GURANTEE there will be space.  Space is on a first come, first served bases.  DO NOT GET TENTS PRINTED UNTIL YOU KNOW THERE IS SPACE. 
  • Thursday, April 3 <<If you need this>> Contact Communication and Marketing and indicate you want them to design a table tent for you no later than this day.  If you have a publicity campaign with other items already being created by Communication and Marketing, simply ask them to design a table tent version of your publication
  • Thursday, April 17 Document Services recieves the table tents via e-mail or through walk-up no later than this day (either from you, if you design it or from Communication and Marketing if they design it)
  • Thursday, April 24 Table Tents must be given to Student Activities for placement no later than this day
  • Friday, April 25 Table tents are placed on tables by Student Activities, they stay up through Thrusday, May 1 (for a one week reservation)
