Datatel, Inc. Web Account

Datatel, Inc. offers Web resources for MSU faculty and staff.  Support resources such as "Online Reference Guide", "AnswerNet Access", "Documentation", and "Datatel Users' Group" are available online.

Follow the steps below to sign up for a free account.

1. Visit http://clients.datatel.com 
2. Select "request a login now"
3. Complete the three fields requested under "Apply for Login"
   1. E-mail Adress - Use your MSU Email account
   2. Password - Create a password separate from your MSU password for added security
   3. Confirm Password - Verify the new password
4. Select "Submit"
5. On the follow up page, enter first name, last name, job title and MSU's client id, which is M59
6. Follow up email will be sent to verify employment
7. Once employment is verified, access to the site is granted using the MSU email and password provided
