Eligibility
- Be at least 16 years old and have been officially withdrawn from school for 90 days or if a waiver was received from the superintendent indicating postsecondary enrollment, employment, medical, or family circumstances.
- Lack sufficient basic education skills to function efficiently.
- Does not have a high school diploma.
Requirements
- An authorized application is required along with a photo ID.
- Pay a $50.00 testing fee which covers all five sections of the GED test. The test is given over a two day period.
- Be certified test-ready. This means you have taken the 5 GED Offical Practice Tests and scored an average of 450. There is no cost to take the practice test.
- Appointments are required.
- The test is administered monthly.
- Accomodated testing is available for persons with documented disabilities.
