  I understand that I am registering to attend the MSU vs. EKU Women's and Men's Basketball games on January 12, 2013.

 

  I understand that the bus will depart from the Cartmell Hall parking lot at 1 p.m. and I will arrive prior to 12:45 p.m. to load the bus.

 

  I understand that by submitting this form, I am confirming a spot on the fan bus, and the cost is $10.  I also understand that if I do not attend the event after submitting this form, I will be responsible for paying MSU the full cost of the trip ($75.00).
